I'm Dr Evner Charles, director of Clinique Gospel-Ebenezer Laboratoire-Danalyses Pharmacie in Haiti where the earthquake hit. First of all we are very lucky that none of our hospital staff got hurt and that the hospital resisted, although it will need some repair. Our hospital started receiving patients 5 minutes after the earthquake, and within 30 minutes we had over 400 patients. We worked for 32 hours until all of our materials ran out. Our hospital also has a mobile clinic program, and we used the materials of the mobile clinic to reach out to those on the street, but that didn't last long, because our materials were very limited. However, within less than a week we were able to get into touch with the United Relief Force Foundation. I cannot tell how much of a tremendous help this organization was for us. They were able to provide us with antibiotics, analgesic, hospital beds, masks, iodine, gloves and many more materials that we were in dire need of. Thank you so much for all that you have and are doing for Haiti. I know that God has incredible plans for you all and is using you in incredible ways!
